If your regular fan of the BBC's Watchdog, then on 24th September 2009 you would have seen our TDI Label in action (product appears 04.02/13.58, drag playhead).

This particular segment concerned visitors staying at the Holiday Village who where becoming seriously ill.

The hotel, on appearance was spotless and all the right hygiene processes in the kitchens appeared to be in place.

However hygiene expert Dr Lisa Ackerly found that the hotels cleaning appliances weren't reaching the recommended temperature to kill bacteria.

To prove her theory, the team used TDI 6 Level 60°C - 82°C to determine whether the water reached a hot enough temperature to ensure bacteria being killed.
